Available options are listed on each product. Select the exact option before adding it to your cart; not every item offers every color or size.
How do I add the right quantity?
Use the minus and plus controls or enter a whole number of at least one, choose any required options, then select Add to Cart. Your cart shows the chosen item and quantity.
Is standard U.S. shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping to eligible U.S. checkout addresses has no minimum order requirement. Contact us about Alaska, Hawaii, military or territorial addresses before ordering.
When should I expect delivery?
The current standard estimate is 5–8 business days in total, including preparation and transit. These stages are not added to the estimate again. Separate stage times and a daily cut-off have not been published.
How can I ask about tracking?
Email [email protected] with your order reference and the email used at checkout. We can help with available dispatch and tracking information.
How do I request a return?
Contact [email protected] within 30 days after delivery. Include your order reference and a description of the issue, and obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.
What if an item arrives damaged or incomplete?
Retain the supplied heads, chargers and accessories and stop using a visibly damaged item. Send your order reference, a description and available photos of the item and packaging to [email protected].
Which payment methods are available?
Online payments are not yet available. Do not send payment credentials or money to the customer-service email.
