Submitting an order

Check the item, option, quantity, delivery information and displayed total before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement records the submitted details; it is not proof that payment has been collected or that dispatch has occurred. Contact us promptly about an error.

Payment availability

Online payments are not currently available. PayPal checkout and other live payment options are not offered at this time. An unpaid checkout interaction is not a paid purchase. Do not transfer money to the support address or send payment credentials by email. Actual payment terms will be displayed when a method is available.

Listings, images and prices

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Review the exact product, selected variant, stated dimensions and included components. Photographs can show different options or use examples; only the listed contents are included. Screen settings can affect displayed colors. Do not infer an unstated specification, certification or compatibility claim from an image.

Follow the manufacturer’s use and safety instructions; features and operating limits differ by model.

Availability and preparation

An option may be unavailable when its listing or selection indicates that status. Do not assume that every color or size can be supplied. If an order cannot be fulfilled as described, support must explain the available resolution rather than substitute a different item without agreement.

Returns, remedies and cancellation

Return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending a parcel and obtain the applicable instructions and cost information. Delivery terms

Free standard U.S. shipping has no minimum order. The current standard estimate is 5–8 business days total, including handling and transit. Exceptional-address coverage and separate stage times are not assumed. Read the Shipping Policy for the full explanation.

Follow the instructions supplied for the exact product and check stated compatibility before use. General buying guidance is not a promise that every product has the same features. Contact us about unclear or inconsistent listing information rather than relying on an unstated assumption.
